Seven gamblers arrested in Panchagarh

NA Rabiul Hasan Liton, Panchagarh District:

Boda police have arrested seven gamblers in a raid in College Para area of ​​Sakoa union in Boda upazila of Panchagarh. On the basis of secret information, at around 10 pm on Tuesday, Boda Police Station SI Mohammad Amir Hossain along with allied forces arrested them from Kolejpara village in Sakoa Union of Boda Upazila while they were gambling.

The detainees are: Md. Saiful Islam (36) son of Md. Lutfar Rahman, Md. Dulu Mia (36) son of late Abbas Ali, Md. Mithu Islam Mithu (26) son of Md. Abdul Latif, Md. Mominul Islam (30) son of late Ahmed Ali, deceased Nader Ali’s son Alefar Islam alias Matinur Rahman (34), late Yaqub Ali’s son Md. Nur Alam (35), Md. Abu Saeed’s son Md. Farman Ali (37).

Boda Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abu Saeed Chowdhury said the arrested accused were sent to Panchagarh court at 11am on Wednesday.
