In Narsingdi, the deputy commissioner took to the field to deal with the outbreak of corona. Masks, hand sanitizers and leaflets have been distributed at important places including various market roads and markets to raise awareness among the people to prevent corona infection.
Narsingdi’s new deputy commissioner Abu Naeem Mohammad Maruf Khan launched the campaign around 11am on Saturday (June 26). Recently, the spread of corona has increased in the district. Which is 31 percent of the total test. As a result, for the protection of more than 22 lakh people of the district, the Deputy Commissioner started an awareness campaign in front of the Index Plaza Market in the city at 11 am. From there, the campaign was conducted in the bus stand area including Muktijoddha Chattar of the municipality.
During this time, the deputy commissioner spoke to the general public and gave masks to those who do not use masks and highlighted the importance of masks. At the same time, he requested various markets and shopkeepers to launch ‘No-Max No-Service’.
